In my own clinical work and teaching, I’ve seen a consistent gap:
Clinicians are doing deeply complex, emotionally demanding work, often without consistent spaces to process it.
This collective is built to address that gap.
I’m a practicing clinician and adjunct social work professor, and much of my work focuses on trauma, relational dynamics, and the long-term impact of early attachment and complex systems. I’ve also seen how important it is for clinicians to have places where they can think out loud, slow down clinical formulation, and not feel alone in hard cases.
This is that space.

Details for the founding cohort will be finalized based on interest, but the structure will likely include:
Weekly live virtual consultation sessions
Small cohort size for continuity and depth
Case consultation + clinical discussion
Optional themes (trauma, family systems, burnout, etc.)
A consistent group of clinicians over time
This is intentionally designed to feel stable, contained, and professionally supportive.
