Our Approach

At Our Space Northeast, we offer approachable, effective, and stigma-free therapy and consultation. We believe that treatment should feel like a conversation. No pressure, no expectations, just you, the expert in your own life, working collaboratively toward a more aligned and authentic version of yourself.

We meet every client with deep respect for individual identity and lived experience. Our practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally responsive. Creating a space where all aspects of who you are are seen, valued, and supported.

Our work often begins by gently exploring what’s creating tension or discomfort in your life. Rooted in a passion for empowerment, we take an eclectic approach, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies, with mindfulness practices and psychoeducation.

Above all, we believe in the power of unconditional positive regard, self-determination, and the opportunity to restore balance in your own time and on your own terms.
